2. They charge your credit card $50.00 for INCIDENTALS in addition to room price you paid expedia, they do not tell you this, nor is it refunded on check out.

3. They said they would refund $16 out of the $75 we paid for laundry but really that is not good enough as we wasted the day washing drying cloths.
