3. When we questioned this we were told that the fee ensured only guests parked there, but we still didn't understand why this was chargeable and why the permit couldn't have been issued free of charge at the time of check in.

4. Be aware there is no more free parking at this hotel and since there is refurbishing going around there is a lot of noise during morning time.

When we requested to abide by the 'Hazzle free' policy in which they shoud reinburse you in case there is any kind of hazzle, the 'Customer service specialist' just said we're sorry we cannot reinburse you for the night because the stay had been made through expedia, but that I should call expedia to ask for a 10% discount.
