7. Desk guys were wonderful by telling us about San Antonio, providing a map, pointing out trolley service, etc. Later delivered extra pillows to our room.

Cons: No working ice machines (any floor), hard beds, mold in the shower, shower walls have come un-glued from the wall (ready to fall off), A/C does not work in hallways or elevator shafts (any floor), pillows the size of a shoebox, exterior card access only doors were "duct taped" to not lock.
