4. On the plus side, the room was large and the location is great - a few minutes walk to both the Alamo and the Riverwalk, and it's really easy to get to from the interstate (we were travelling from Dallas).

8. The hotel was rather quiet for being near Interstate-35 and from our room we had a great view of the city skyline (minus the interstate in the way, but not a big deal).

9. Also, if you are planning on laying by the pool a lot this might not be the hotel for you because the pool faces the interstate and it isn`t very peaceful or relaxing, but I am sure if you have kids they won`t mind.

10. The worst feature of the hotel is trying to leave it and get back on the interstate since it doesn`t sit near an entrance ramp.
