1. For what I paid, the location was great; a 10 minute walk to the Alamo but also with a bus stop right outside under the highway, and a short walk from the train station.

5. upon arrival I found it was also not too far from the Greyhound station, within walking distance of restaurants, stores & there was a city bus stop nearby, the perfect location.

9. Convenience to River Walk, attractions, food, etc. The only draw back would be the walk to the Alamo/River Walk area in the evenings would not be advisable as a single individual.
