1. I took pictures of the tub/shower because there was a large amount of black mildew along the caulk in both corners all the way up the wall and around the soap ledge.

We encountered only one problem with our stay and that was you had to run the hot water in the shower for approximately 15 minutes before it heated up in the mornings but there was plenty of hot water for a shower in the evening, hotel management stated they would work on trying to resolve the problem.
