8. I THINK OTHERS NEED TO READ MORE OF THE BROCHURES THEY LEAVE IN THE ROOMS BECAUSE IT CLEARLY STATED THEY WOULD ONLY CHANGE THE SHEETS IF THE CARD WAS ON THE BED.

10. Next room didn't smell too bad, but was not pleasant: hole in bedspread, dirt on floor (not vacuumed), dirt on bathroom wallpaper, very dirty windows, sheets and pillows did not look very clean.
