1. The ceiling fans that hang from above are completely trashed from the humidity, and the fan-blades droop from age - lovely pool atmosphere!: ( Thankfully, the gym area just next to the pool was a nice respite w/ mostly new equipment, dumb bells, and water.

I was seriously thinking about staying at the nearby Marriott--SpringHill Suites property but decided to take the risk with the Hilton Salt Lake CIty Airport hotel because it offered both an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, complimentary airport shuttle and the breakfast buffet was included the rate).

5. Did not use the pool, but it looks great, huge patio near pool for large parties, bet it would be a blast.

6. My only complaint is that I travel this time of year with my grandchildren, and I always like a hotel with an indoor pool so they can spend some time in the water.
