1. I had both dinner and breakfast and found the food quite good and the staff attentive - the breakfast server read my mind and brought a to-go cup.

I was seriously thinking about staying at the nearby Marriott--SpringHill Suites property but decided to take the risk with the Hilton Salt Lake CIty Airport hotel because it offered both an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, complimentary airport shuttle and the breakfast buffet was included the rate).
