1. After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical but what a pleasant surprise to find great staff and value for our money from check in to check out.

3. I guess I assume they get a list of guests who have checked out from the front desk, but with the statements under the door, probably everyone doesn't go up and check out.

4. If you have to stay at the airport, do yourself a favor and check out the newer hotels very close by this Hilton, I would avoid it at all costs if you are a business traveler, especially with no vehicle.
