Besides the well-appointed room, comfy amenities (loved the bathrobes and slipper socks in our room), complimentary wine hour and great location, the staff and customer service was what will bring me back - I was greeted (with a smile) by each staff member I came into contact with, and couldn't believe when I walked in on housekeeping cleaning my room and found the housekeeper was on her hands and knees cleaning our bathroom floor.
