1. The hotel was very quiet (we heard no street or other guest noise during our entire stay) and clean, and furnished really beautifully.

2. There was a bit of noise at 2 am on Saturday, when the bars close, and folks were milling about the parking lot across the street, but in general the noise level was not at all bad, and our room faced the street.

7. A few people have mentioned that it can be noisy if you have a room on the street, you can stay at the Ritz Carlton a few blocks away and still hear noise, this is America where people enjoy themselves.
