1. BTW, the hotel is not pet friendly, but the manager graciously allowed us to bring ours due to medical reasons.

2. I did not ask for money back or any sort of compensation, I just wanted them to know it was a problem, and instead of acknowledging the issue, the manager pretended he'd never heard of this problem.
