1. I prepaid for our room at the time of reservation in order to get a better rate and I would do that again.

5. We had planned a 'work trip' to Philly and originally intended to spend the night in a different hotel but secured a AAA rate at The Independent that made this hotel worth a try, and I am very glad we did.
