9. It is a boutique hotel--so no business center or gym although they do give you gym pass for one nearby if you ask.

10. We stayed at The Independent, a smaller boutique hotel minus all the trappings of a major chain (no valet service, no on-site gym, no parking garage and no hotel bar), but without the jacked-up prices you pay for those luxuries.
