3. looking out from a seafront view room, you'll get everything you came for to venice beach: sea breeze, waves, palm trees, the broadwalk with tons of artist stands and during the night, the homeless that are sleeping at the side of the hotel (totally acceptable by venice beach standards, they won't hazzle you and the noise was bearable at all times;-)everything in venice beach is in walking distance from the hotel - it's 20 minutes to santa monica pier and 30 to venice beach pier, in between is all the attractions, shops, cafes, restaurant you'd like for your visit.

8. We arrived around 7 pm and were initially concerned on arrival to our room, as there was very loud music being played nearby, We inquired about the noise and found it was from the shop located at the front ground level of the building.

9. Lack of AC means you need to leave windows open for ventilation but noise and perceived safety issues from the partiers an nearby club and homeless may bother those unaware or sensitive to nightime noise.
