5. I was told that the only thing they could do was charge the guests for violating that rule!- The window was broken so it wouldn't stay open.

6. Here are the highlights (or lowlights as it is more appropriately entitled):- Parking is ridiculously difficult; this is not the hotel's fault however, they charge for parking in their lot in which it is nearly impossible to get a spot.
