1. The parking lot is challenging unless you have a small car, but there's plenty of nearby parking on the street if you're willing to walk a few blocks.

2. Homeless are everywhere but dont bother you much however it IS beach front really close to main street that has a ton of cool cafes, restaurants and bars and 5 mins from Santa Monica.

3. There are sufficient parking spaces within a few minutes walk but you do have to look for them - they have restrictions but it was mostly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for street cleaning.

4. The staff we met were all friendly & very helpful when needed assistance in respect of directions etc. As well as being on the beach itself the hotel was only five minutes walk away from Main Street (with a lot of good pubs), and 15-20 minutes walk from both Venice and Santa Monica piers.

9. There was previous reviews stating the noise from the locals & such from below, but we got there on a Saturday & the whole strip seem to shut down right before 12am & the street was quiet.
