1. There is no breakfast but the location is great, right at Venice beach front.

2. Our window alone allowed us all the sights and sounds that, put together, make Venice Beach feel like SOMEWHERE--ocean waves rolling; people talking, singing, yelling, laughing; sand and palm trees all the way up to the lights of Santa Monica Pier.

4. Location was amazing, and for 400 for 3 nights you cant beat that, roof access was awesome to see the beach, staff was really friendly and rooms were clean and neat.
