1. We found the check in at the Lower level good, however we did see long queues at the Main Reception at several times.

2. There were a lot of dining and drinking options at this hotel, and the coupons booklets offered at the time of check-in helped keep the costs quite reasonable, as well as offsetting the beer and water purchases at the local ABC store or Walgreens.

3. The only interaction we had with hotel staff was the friendly clerk at check in and the cleaning lady in the hallway who always greeted us with a friendly good morning.
