6. Considering the amount of hotels available on the strip, and the fact that many are new and fancy and luxorious, I like to rate the Luxor as a 4 star as you get a lot for what you pay.

7. We have stayed at Luxor several times before a few years back, so in an effort to get a better rate and since we gamble a lot, I booked our west tower room through their casino marketing department.
