I stayed in the East Wing Tower, I had previoulsy stayed in the Pyramid 4 years ago, I would say if you have the money money to upgrade then do so, The rooms in the Pyramid have a small window, The rooms in the tower have good views and massive windows which is a lot nicer, Our maid Mercedes was fantastic, we asked for extra towels not a problem our room was cleaned every single day, i was concerned when others had reported how dirty the room were, I could not find fault in any part of the room or the service we had from Mercedes she is brilliant.
