1. I don't know if they don't have service elevators but we kept running into staff with cleaning supplies, tables, etc in the elevator and we were never greeted cordially by them.

6. One day she decided to stay in the room rather than try to keep up with my niece and she said the housekeeping staff were wonderful when they came in to straighten up the room and were really attentive to her as she wasn't getting around well that day.
