3. After several walks back to the front desk, and several calls to the front desk from the house phone in the hall way, a security guard visit (very nice old guy, but let us know there was nothing he could do), and speaking to 3 different managers, we finally got back into our room after 4 hours!3) We were consistently forgotton about (which was the reason for speaking to 3 different shift managers).

10. We were moved to another room, only to find only one bed, so we asked for another room, and a bell man to move our bags as we'd already moved them around the hotel twice (and those who know the Luxur it's a hike to move around the Pyramid) We then waited in the second room for about 30mins for keys for our new room, the front desk manager did give us a $40 room service voucher which we ordered from the 2nd room to be delivered to the new room as it was hitting midnight by this time and we were tired, hungry and pretty angry.
"Worst hotel experience ever. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/16/2009 Vote
