1. I always appreciate the little touches like the free coffee delivered to your room in the morning, and it's these things that keep me coming back to the Omni every time.

2. If you join their rewards program, the wifi is free, you get two free drinks for breakfast (and you can get a bagel delivered for $3 instead of the usual $10).

4. Wifi was not included (wish I had known about signing up for the rewards programme, we could have even been offered this on check in - but weren't) - in this day and age, all hotels SHOULD have free wifi at the very least.
