1. Wanting to avoid a scene as I was accompanied but a now very disgruntled husband, I didn't insist on seeing the manager, and quietly accepted her offer.

7. The hotel staff made every effort to accommodate my every request; such as extra kitchen supplies, a humidifier to counteract the excessively dry room air, more towels etc., etc.The Manager, April, was very helpful and professional as were Steve and Rob at the concierge desk.
