1. The hotel does charge for wifi but it's free if you join their fidelity program, as are some shoe shining and pressing services.

2. They charge $9.95 for WiFi service, which is not uncommon for this level of hotel; however, I needed to print out a map to the event we were going to attend, so I went to the Business Center to use their computers/printers only to discover there is a $6.

10. com completely screwed up my reservation, by booking me at the Airport Omni after telling me they booked me at the downtown Omni, then telling me they were going to have to charge me $150 to fix it, I finally gave up and just stopped in at the Airport Omni on our way through Austin.
