7. Unless you are deaf, the noise of the running water in a utilities column positioned in a corner of the room will keep you awake.

8. The rooms are small but comfortable enough for 2 if you're not spending large amounts of time in your room, and the double hung windows keep out an amazing amount of street noise.

10. We were there for Halloween and the World Series Celebration and while the street is a major one in SF we did not have any street noise interupt our sleep.
