1. Breakfast is average, but again, with great service, and the fact you get a breakfast for the reasonable price is fantastic.

3. Our room and bathroom were clean and well equipped, the downtown location great, the price a good value, the continental breakfast just fine, the housekeeping staff efficient, and the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer.
