1. I have to say i read sooo many negative things about this hotel that we were tempted to change the resevation to another hotel but since i know some people may exaggerate a little we decided to stick to it and glad we did every thing is fairly close there's a bus stop right on the corner the room and the bath room is clean my bathroom did have a rubber mat the room is small but we didn't go to sleep we went to enjoy what san francisco had to offer the breakfast was just toast,eggs and yogurt enough for us we actually saved money eating there.
