1. Our room and bathroom were clean and well equipped, the downtown location great, the price a good value, the continental breakfast just fine, the housekeeping staff efficient, and the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer.

7. Oddly enough, we had the Do Not Disturb sign on our door for the duration of our stay and housekeeping had never even been in our room.

8. Housekeeping almost broke our door down to clean the room the morning ON THE DAY WE WERE CHECKING OUT, whereas every other hotel in the world crosschecks so as to not needlessly clean a room that will be vacated in a couple hours.
