9. - Very polite, courteous staff, The NOT-SO-GREAT- Pool/Jacuzzi was pretty dirty, didn't feel like going there after the first trip there- Acura car service had too many restrictions in terms of hours of operation, waiting time and places it could take you (not even to a local train station) but oh well, it was not everything, don't pin your hopes on that service)- Location was nice but I would have chosen something closer to Union square seeing where this hotel is located.

10. The staff was absolutely lovely and thoughtful, breakfast was so fresh and delicious, and we fell in love with the swimming pool with its glass roof .
