5. Upon seeing the room it was the size of a broom closet (i expected a bigger room because of the price)I called and request a room that did not face courtyard and was given a larger room.

9. We visit San Francisco often but rarely stay near Union Square because of the crowds and because it is often difficult to find a reasonably priced room that is bigger than your average home closet.
