1. They were very helpful and provided directions, maps, restaurant recommendations, etc. There is always someone at the front desk so it was nice to have someone to ask for recommendations any time of day as opposed to waiting for the concierge hours.

8. We forgot to make dinner reservations and was out shopping, but a call to the concierge got us an 8pm table on Saturday night in a highly-rated restaurant.

9. We were offered an upgrade for $20 more which we took so that my daughter and I could have simultaneous massages in our room (which the concierge arranged for us) and this gave us a suite with a front sitting room with a separate TV.
