1. Good and abundant friendly service, nice amenities like cold juice shots at check in and cords to borrow in case you need to charge your gadgets on the go.

5. We got there early and they didnt give us any problem with early check in ( i think it was Jonathan) and he even gave us tips on how to easily go around SF.

7. Unfortunately I had the room next to the lifts so I could hear the lifts doors open and close which was quite loud so I recommend when you check in you ask to be in a room that is away from the lifts.
