5. The valet attendant was never on duty and we had to call the front desk from our room to let them know when we wanted our car, and it took at least 15 or 20 minutes for them to get it.

6. CONS: Panhandlers greet you as you enter the hotel, long waits for your car when you valet, very noisy due to the club across the street, urban suite = no phone next to the bed thus you must leap out of bed and run to the other room if it rings, musty smelling room.
