9. I wound up washing my hair in the sink and running the hot water in the sink when I took a shower (then was no bath tub).

10. Extremely minor negative points - there was no bath in the bathroom only a shower and the door was made of glass so switching the light on at night flooded the whole suite in light waking up anyone who was sleeping.
