1. We notified the lobby the next day and the manager did move us to a suite and provided a bottle of excellent CA wine with a note that said congrats, very nice of them.

4. The hotel staff did offer to ask the manager to waiver the 2nd 2 nights for me due to the misunderstanding but I am still waiting to hear from them by email .
