3. We had a great experience at this hotel, our hotel room was great, clean and well kept, we were on the 20th floor and had no issues with any noise.

7. They shouted insanities at us through our door and continued their noise for 15 minutes then came back to knock violently at our door.

8. so there was noise all night in our corridor, culminating at 3:30 am ( we went to bed at 1am) when a group of people arrived and spent 10 minutes in the corridor shouting and laughing.
