1. As with Hyatt Places, the rooms are large and clean, though the bathrooms tiny.

4. You have to stand to the side in order for you to be able to close the door -- I've never seen that small of a bathroom in ANY hotel or motel, for that matter.

6. We found the room very spacious, but the bathroom was so small the door practically scraped the toilet everytime you opened and closed it.

8. Not only did he show us our room, he asked if we needed more pillows, checked the bathroom and noticed that we did not have any soap (and sent some up), let my daughter ride the luggage cart all the way up.
