1. When we arrived, a wonderful young lady at the front desk, Stephanie Ford, was super sweet, but there was a small issue since we booked so late.

2. Two negatives: (1) Parking is expensive - valet parking is $33, self parking is $23; and (2) breakfast room service doesn't start until 6:30 a.m. The service at this hotel was very nice -- efficient front desk staff, polite and speedy valet parking, concierge who got me last minute dinner reservations.
