4. We went to check out SA and its riverwalk and since the hyatt grand was unavailable we chose the next closest hyatt.

5. Upon (early) check out, I mentioned the discomfort of the beds being our reason for leaving a day early and the staff went into detail about how I could have asked for extra cushion for my bed and they were aware that they are uncomfortable.
