6. Cons: This is the second Hyatt Place I have stayed in (the other in Austin) where I had a reservation for a Queen suite and showed up at 10pm with a credit card reservation and my room was given away.

10. I have previously stayed on the Riverwalk at the Hawthorne Suites (when it was a Hyatt affiliated hotel, poor value to points ratio), the Hyatt (average value to point ratio), Hilton Palacio (average value to points ratio) and the Homewood Suites (very good value to points ratio).
