7. Pros:--Rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice modern design--Staff is very friendly and eager to please (but see cons below)--Courtesy car that will drop you off and pick you up from several downtown locations (but not the airport or Opry area)--Bar at 1808 is cool and staffed by great, knowledgeable bartenders--Nightly turn-down service includes local specialty candies--large workout room (although its on a floor that is still under construction)Cons: --Expensive for the services it is offering currently--Still under construction, which means: (a) construction noise early in the morning, (b) construction smells, such as fresh paint, (c) construction debris in stairwells and other random places; (d) some floors completely unfinished yet still accessible by elevator, which seems dangerous, especially if you have kids--Espresso machines on each floor is a great touch, too bad some floors don't have them and they are already broken on other floors--large plasma screen TV's also a great touch, too bad they don't have cable and only 10 channels are currently available--New plumbing and A/C in rooms have a lot of issues that need to be fixed.
