LOVED: hotel decor, rain shower, eco friendliness, free wine happy hours, refreshing juice in the afternoon in the lobby, free car service within a five mile radius, comfy bed and great turn down service, knowledgeable concierge, nice gym, electronic notification for housekeeping and do not disturb, shampoos and soaps provided by the hotel were awesome.

10. My assistant who booked the stay by calling the hotel direct also said that the concierge was very helpful but that the woman taking the reservation (for TWO stays) was a total B@#$%.
