Pluses:-great staff,-rooms made up promptly in morning-comfortable bed-good-sized bathroom and excellent showerMinuses-valet/self park $-kind of an odd location, a little far from Vandy but OK to walk to get to Music Row (it's sort of odd walking on West End, it's not particularly dangerous but certainly not pedestrian friendly)-not really walking distance to many other restaurants, need to drag out the car-being a refurbished office building, the walls are SUPER thin (we had morning conversations from people across the hall speaking with room service in the hall wake us up daily).
