LOVED: hotel decor, rain shower, eco friendliness, free wine happy hours, refreshing juice in the afternoon in the lobby, free car service within a five mile radius, comfy bed and great turn down service, knowledgeable concierge, nice gym, electronic notification for housekeeping and do not disturb, shampoos and soaps provided by the hotel were awesome.

4. When we called down for linens for our teenage daughters, not only were they prompt, but the two young members of the housekeeping staff who delivered the linens, insisted on making up the bed for our girls.

5. It had all of the latest gadgets--rain shower system (electronic), low flush toilet, lights controlled by the entry card, computer in-room, etc. The housekeeping service was exceptional--even anal--the best I've experienced in any hotel.

6. One man had been waiting since 2:30 p.m. We were told that housekeeping was running behind, but it appeared that housekeeping really had just started cleaning rooms.
