1. Nice rooms, nice hotel, but they steal you monies, also, when you check in, you have to sit down with some crank at a desk, takes to long, bit like meeting the bank manager.

4. The staff were friendly and when I made these points to the hotel following my return home the Manager e mailed by return accepting that the issue of transport is something they would consider for future years.
