1. There are a few restaurants and bars in walking distance, but the neighborhood is pretty quiet and not that active.

4. The immediate neighborhood isn't anything exciting (a bank, gas station, a few fast food outlets, and some mid-range hotels lining a busy street), but Vandy and Centennial Park are only a few blocks away and make for a nice walk.

8. A dowdy looking neighborhood, not in the Downtown area, has a non-descript builiding that contains a bright, new, sparkling hotel with among the best staff I have ever seen.
