Sherri and Matthew, as well as a man with dark hair in a suit who was probably the restaurant
manager
were particularly attentive, patient, and responsive (as well as good with the children).

One of the

manager
was nice enough to let me stay in the same beautiful corner room (at a lower price) through the weekend with my family (despite being sold-out).

Nice touches include: personalized letter at check in from the
Manager
, great overall service, the sound of the chirping birds in the hallway (really!) and it switches at nighttime to evening nature sounds.

Occasionally, while the bartender's attention was on other guests, if my drink was finished a hostess/
manager
would step in and get me a new one before my empty glass even hit the bar.

Cooking a buffet-style meal for several hungry
manager
